- Clone MSCs by iPSC technology and by limited dilution, expand in 3D hydrogel
- Investigate the expression of surface markers and growth factors in clonal MSC subtypes
- Explore if expression of a growth factor correlates with expression of a surface marker
- Model strategies to enrich MSC subsets with a defined cytokine expression (pattern)
